Forty to fifty million Americans suffer from a life altering and treatable sleep disorder. These include sleep apnea, narcolepsy and various forms of insomnia.

Worldwide, the number of affected people suffering from a sleep disorder rises to hundreds of millions.

The main testing tool for sleep disorders is called a polysomnogram (or sleep study). This is used mainly to diagnose obstructive sleep apnea, but can also be used to diagnose narcolepsy and nocturnal myoclonous (periodic contractions of the muscles of the limbs during sleep that can disrupt the sleep).
We are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of those affected with sleep disorders by providing.
  • We emphasize excellence and service in all we do.
  • We promote profesionalism and teamwork.
  • We are a center of education to patients, health-care professionals and our employees.
  • We engage in research to help improve the field of sleep medicine.
  • We provide employees and medical staff with maximum opportunities to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Millions of Americans and their sleep partners are affected by snoring. This can be an isolated problem or a symptom of a more severe sleep disturbance such as obstructive sleep apnea. A thorough evaluation is needed to identify the sleep disorder and provide the best treatment options. For benign snoring, several office procedures under local anesthesia are available to improve snoring. Nasal obstruction can also contribute to snoring and may require additional medical or surgical treatments.
